PAID SOCIAL STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT
THE BRIEF:
Drive ticket sales for key events throughout 2025, maximising ad budget to drive highest ROAS & sell-out arena events.
Properties included: Drake, Keith Urban, Monster Trucks, Cirque Du Soleil, Cyndi Lauper, Torvill & Dean, Russell Peters.
APPROACH:
A high-touch social strategy with content targeted to bespoke interest & custom-built audiences. Campaign included ongoing A/B testing of assets and copy spanning multiple audience builds.
Ad sets were flighted in bursts throughout the year to prevent wastage & maximise budget.
We made ongoing adjustments throughout the period using data-driven decisions to achieve the highest volume of ticket sales, also optimising for highest ROAS.
Prior to working together, datasets had not been activated, so our team worked with QBA's developers and ticketing partners to ensure correct technical set up before setting campaigns live.
INVIGORATE
BRAND DEVELOPMENT, WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT, FULL SUITE OF MARKETING COLLATERAL, PAID MEDIA
THE BRIEF:
1. Build a brand for an annual Early Childhood Education Conference in South West Sydney that will be seen as an influential voice in the region for up-skilling Educators and that will attract the highest calibre of keynote speakers from within the industry.
2. Drive ticket sales for the event.
APPROACH:
Brandscend was engaged to come up with a name for the event, create a logo and brand guidelines (iconography, colour palette, tone of voice).
We designed a website for the inaugural event in 2023, flyers, a program, signage and a full suite of social assets.
We were also engaged to promote the event, using EDM marketing and a paid social strategy to sell tickets.
The event is now a household name in the region, exceeding the goal of 400 ticket sales for 2024 and 2025.
